The Splash! team is currently made up of the 8 very important people below!

DSCF0415 [1024x768] Caroline joined Splash in 2007 and is the brains behind the operation! She gets things done for us in the office, and is a wizz at IT and anything else needing intelligence! (she’s the sensible one being “binned” at last summer’s holiday club!)
Emma
Emma joined Splash as a gap year student two years ago and never left! Whether it’s hiding behind the screen doing puppets, or standing on chairs pretending to be Goliath, Emma’s a real hit with all the kids. Emma is currently on maternity leave and enjoying life with husband Nigel and her new daughter Esme-Rose born earlier this year.
Liz Liz is a great addition to the splash team using her energy and enthusiasm to add something unique to the assembly programme. She works together with Emma to create a fun and lively environment for all the children we reach.

Karlene is our ideas person, working in the schools and in clubs at school or in the community, using as many zany ideas as she can muster to make life fun for kids!
ed Ed is our fantastic gap year student. It’s great to have such an energetic and enthusiastic male to join the team.  He adds great fresh ideas to our schools work programme and is loved by all the kids! Ed will be working with Splash until the end of August when he heads off to Oasis to do a 3 year BA in Children’s Ministry
Ray
Ray – joined the team at the end of 2009 as Youth and Community Development Manager. He’s working on some exciting new projects including a Youth Transport Project to take young people skateboarding on Friday nights, and E:liv8 personal effectiveness program for 13-16 year olds. In between his busy schedule, he also finds time to shoot a few games of pool or race some of the local youth on Mario Kart at the youth drop-in which he runs twice weekly at a local sports and social club.
annabelle
Annabelle is the newest member of the Splash team and has a real passion is to tell others, especially children, of the love of Jesus and to see lives transformed. As well as bringing an amazing depth of experience in Christian schools work to Splash, Annabelle has made a huge impact on the quality of our office by introducing real coffee! Annabelle will be exploring opportunities to expand Splash’s program of work in primary schools with more assemblies, lunch clubs, after-school clubs and RE lessons.
britney Britney – Will Britney ever chill out? Will she ever talk in a soft voice? I DON’T THINK SO! Britney has a lot to learn about friendships and stuff, but then, don’t we all?

volunteers

Splash! also have a large group of volunteers who help run many of the events, including Splash Outs! and Holiday Clubs.  All our workers are from the local community and ages range from teenagers right up to parents and grandparents!  This brings a great diversity of abilities, experience and fun!
