Splash for Schools and Communities is a Christian charity based in West Sussex. We visit schools to deliver faith-based assemblies and clubs that promote positive values and behaviour in children and young people. We also support local churches in their community outreach projects across the South Downs.

Day 5 : Today the Splash team told the story of the prodigal son, celebrating when he returns to his father.In St Mary's restaurant, A birthday was celebrated, though the cake making did not quite go to plan, and the restaurant staff were head hunted!Outdoor fun included water games which were a welcome relief from the heat for some. The afternoon was spent completing food related challenges, from making playdough to building towers with crackers! The children had a great time learning new skills and so did the team 🙂 ... Day 4:Today the team shared stories of people who shared meals with Jesus, including pharisees and a woman who cleaned Jesus' feet with perfume. In St Mary's Restaurant, an italian chef was hired, who turned out to be the french chef who wasn't french, or a chef! They made meatballs, which rolled off the table and onto the floor, to the dulcet tones of the team singing operatic style...In the afternoon we played parachute games and made watercolour paintings, with quiet board games and craft.We have been delighted by the positive feedback from parents and children - it is always lovely to hear how much fun the children have had during their time with us! ...
