Forgiving is letting go.
Has someone done something that made you feel annoyed, upset, or cross? Holding onto these feelings make you feel worse, so it is good to forgive people.
Choose a stone and sit quietly with it in your hands for a moment.
Ask God to help you forgive the person who hurt you. Drop the stone into the bucket of water to let go of the hurt.
